Marion has created this $2,500 challenge grant to repair and register as many of the vehicles as we can. A car / RV is a lifeline to health and income. At Horizon Shine Village, we have 30+ RVs and cars that our villagers live in and use to go to work. Those vehicles need a lot of work to get them running and registered (and we all know how much registration costs!)

A Calm, Welcoming Village

Wrap Around Services
The village will essentially be an RV campground with rows of RV’s, port-a-potties and a community food tent.
There will also be individualized wrap-around services for each villager. Those services will range from drug/alcohol counseling to life skill development, preparing for housing vouchers and job training.
